Purchase transactions $775  "ONE FEE" price for the purchaser

Refinance transactions $834 "ONE FEE" price for the borrower.

Most title companies charge a myriad of confusing and superfluous fees on your settlement statement.

Counselors Title has "ONE FEE" that includes:

• Closing/Settlement Fee
• Notary Fee
• Title Search
• Title Examination
• Overnight and Courier Fee
• Document Preparation Fee
• Tax Certification Fee
• Document Review Fee
• Payoff Service Fee

• Title Binder Fee

In some jurisdictions we are required to show and disclose any fees directly paid to a third party (title search fees, for example). In those circumstances, the total amount charged will be equal to the "ONE FEE" for your transaction.

Please note that the "ONE FEE" price does not include Title Insurance. Please refer to our calculator for Title Insurance Rates. You will likely be eligible to receive a reissue rate discount.
