Christopher Skinner, Esquire, CPA

Christopher Skinner, Esquire, CPA, is a manager of Counselors Title, LLC and a principal in the law firm of Pardo & Drazin, LLC (formerly Darby, Nalls, Smyth & Muldoon, LLC).  Chris also serves as CFO and IT manager for both organizations.  A native Washingtonian, he attended the University of Maryland for both undergraduate studies and his legal education.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy in 1988 and his law degree in 1991.  He passed the CPA exam in one sitting in 1995.

Chris has twenty years experience in public accounting, private industry, and litigation. He has extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. As an attorney, he has tried numerous cases in both civil and criminal actions. He has served as General Counsel to a software development company and as Vice President and CFO to a telecommunications solutions provider.

Prior to attending undergraduate school, Chris played semi-professional hockey in Canada. Chris is an avid sailor who also enjoys flying (FAA licensed private pilot), fishing, and hunting. He is an active member of his church where he is Chairman of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Church Council. He lives in Damascus, Maryland with his wife.
